Meet our main executives:
20 years of experience in Strategic and Corporate Communication.Before joining XCOM, worked in the communication department at advertising agencies: Talent, Young & Rubicam and Leo Burnett. At XCOM worked and developed communication´s projects for brands such as Faber-Castell, Bauducco, Sony Pictures Television, BBC HD.Graduated in Social Communication by the Pontificia Universidade Católica (PUC-SP), a degree in Communication Process Management at Escola de Comunicações e Artes da Universidade de São Paulo (USP); Specialization in Design Thinking (Echos – Laboratório de Inovação); and Digital Marketing at Insper (Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa).
Journalist with more than 20 years of experience, he worked in vehicles such as IstoÉ, Joven Pan, Guía Cuatro Ruedas and Gazeta Mercantil.
He entered corporate communication in 2001, with passages through Talent, where he did projects for Banco Real, Tiendas Americanas, Riachuelo and Parmalat. He held communication management positions in companies such as Nestlé, Santander and Semp Toshiba. He was a partner at Sales, Periscinoto, Guerrero y Asociados.
He was a journalism professor for eleven years at the Cásper Líbero university, a visiting professor at the Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), and is currently President of the Brazilian Association of Communication Agencies (Abracom).

With more than 14 years working in Corporate Communication and Marketing for important companies in Brazil, the executive has extensive experience in the automotive industry, and the health, technology, tourism, entertainment, education, industry and consumer sectors.
He works at XCOM as director of operations, where he is responsible for managing the Public Relation (PR), Internal Communication, Social Media, Bureau of Crisis Management teams.
Motivated by the four pillars of administration: planning, leading, organizing and controlling, I have a degree in Business Administration and a postgraduate degree in Financial Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). With 12 years of experience in the corporate segment, in the finance and comptroller areas, working in the retail, engineering and accounting consulting sectors. Currently, as CFO, he leads the financial, administrative, accounting, human resources, IT and contract/project management areas at XCOM.
Proficient graduated in Journalism, with a postgrad degree in Business Management and Marketing at ESPM, have been working in Corporate Communication for large companies in various sectors: Technology, Means of Payment, Entertainment, Innovation, Telecommunications, Retail, Education , Financial Market and Consumption.At XCOM since 2015, he is currently Communication Manager responsible for UOL clients, PagSeguro PagBank, Cruzeiro do Sul Educacional, UOL EdTech, IAB Brasil developing strategic communication plans with the objective of leveraging the image of brands, products and services with its audiences of interest.
Eduardo de Natale

Graduated in Public Relations frim Faculdades Integradas Rio Branco, and with specialization in Digital Marketing and Communication from SP Digital School, the executive has more than 10 years of experience in various fronts of communication, such as PR, media relations, content production, strategic planning, marketing automation and social media.
From the knowledge of digital communication achieved throughout his career, it was in 2016 that Eduardo directed his efforts to specialize in this segment, promoting specialization in Digital Marketing and Digital Project Management. Since January 2018 at XCOM, he has been responsible for companies of various sizes, from small and large communication agencies to multinationals, and is responsible for social media projects of companies such as Ericsson, IBGC, TransUnion, Docusign, among others.
