CEO
Viviana is a publicist with 30 years of experience in Strategic and Corporate Communication. Prior to joining XCOM, she worked in communications at advertising agencies such as Talent, Young & Rubicam and Leo Burnett. Led and worked on communication projects for brands such as Faber-Castell, Bauducco, Sony Pictures Television, BBC, among others.
Our executive director has a degree in Social Communication from the Pontifical Catholic University (PUC-SP) and holds a degree in Communication Process Management from the School of Communications and Arts of the University of São Paulo (USP). In addition, she has a Specialization in Design Thinking by Echos – Innovation and Digital Marketing Laboratory at Insper.
Executive Director
Daniel is a journalist with more than 30 years of experience in the field. He has worked in vehicles such as IstoÉ, Jovem Pan, Guia Quatro Rodas and Gazeta Mercantil. He entered corporate communications in 2001. Since then, he has accumulated stints at Talent, where he has done projects for Banco Real, Lojas Americanas, Riachuelo and Parmalat, and for companies such as Nestlé, Santander and Semp Toshiba, where he held communications management positions. He was a partner of Sales, Periscinoto, Guerreiro e Associados.
He also served as professor of journalism for eleven years at Cásper Líbero College, guest professor at FGV and is currently President of the Brazilian Association of Communication Agencies, Abracom
Chief Financial Officer
Fagner holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a post-graduate degree in Financial Management from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation, and serves as chief financial officer at XCOM, always motivated by the four pillars of management: planning, leading, organizing and controlling
He has 12 years of experience in the corporate segment in the areas of finance and controllership, working in various sectors, such as retail, engineering and accounting consulting. Our chief financial officer leads the financial, administrative, accounting, HR and IT areas, as well as taking care of the company’s contract/project management.

Deborah é jornalista formada pela FIAM FAAM, com pós-graduação em Gestão de Negócios com ênfase em Marketing pela ESPM. Ela atua com Comunicação Corporativa há mais de 10 anos para grandes empresas de diversos setores, como Tecnologia, Meios de Pagamento, Entretenimento, Inovação, Telecomunicação, Varejo, Educação, Mercado Financeiro e Consumo.
Na XCOM desde 2015, atualmente ela é Diretora de PR, desenvolvendo planejamentos estratégicos de comunicação com o objetivo de alavancar a imagem de marcas, produtos e serviços junto a seus públicos de interesse.
Head of Digital & Insights
Journalist graduated from Methodist University, specialized in digital marketing. She has worked in communications and marketing for over 20 years, and began her career in writing and had stints at Grupo Bandeirantes, Rede TV!, Editora Abril and Grupo Record.
Talita worked in communication in the political area and spoke about assertive communication and digital marketing across the country. She was an entrepreneur in the area and worked in several agencies as head of planning, service and growth (performance).
In the franchising sector, she developed strategies for acquiring new digital franchisees such as Taco Bell, Peltand, and Patroni Pizza. She worked for the Japanese government for two years at Japan House SP as a marketing and digital projects manager.
PR Director
Fábio Chaves has a degree in journalism and has 20 years of experience in corporate communication. He has worked at Suzano Papel e Celulose, Grupo Pão de Açúcar and Nestlé, as well as agencies such as CDN, SPGA and Strata RP.
Between 2013 and 2017, he was at the head of the project that contributed to ESPM being prestigious, for five consecutive years, in the Education category, with the award “Companies That Better Communicate with Journalists”, held with more than 25,000 journalists.
